the room had a decent size, acceptable for my short stay.
The parking situation was chaotic. to make matters worse, i found a note on my car indicating it wasn't allowed in the hotel parking area.. quite a contradiction. the television in my room also didn't work correctly.

The room lacked basic amenities. I found no slippers provided and the toiletries were quite limited, only basic shampoo and soap. Breakfast was a bit of a struggle. I had to queue for a table each morning, not ideal when trying to start the day promptly. I think they could improve on those points.

I really valued the size of the room. I didn't expect a separate bedroom when i booked. the staff was good and helpful. I felt very cared for. i used the swimming pool every day. You have to book it and use it for an hour, perfect for a swim and jacuzzi.
the room lacked a small fridge. i also noticed no safe box in the room. plenty of dust was visible everywhere, on the desk, bathroom, and side tables.

The staff were very helpful. I had a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable (I slept so well!). The breakfast had lots of options. I also found the location convenient. It was a short walk to the main attractions.
I noticed the shower took a little while to heat up, but it was a minor issue.

The hotel is approximately five minutes on foot from the main bars and restaurants. It is also close to a great bakery and cafe around the corner with excellent food options for a quick bite.

The hotel staff was quick and responsive to requests. The night receptionist helped my friend who was without his key. The staff was very friendly.
